Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
The symptoms you have mentioned suggestive of minor conditions like viral fever along with pharyngitis(inflammation of your throat). No need to worry regarding this as it can be cured completely with timely treatment.

I suggest you to consult a general practitioner and get the following things done:-
1.You can take simple analgesics like acetaminophen(paracetamol) for fever and pain.
2.You can also try some over the counter(OTC) expectorant cough syrups to clear the mucus and secretions. Mocolytics like "mucinac" can also be tried to dissolve mucus, which is also available as OTC.
3.Nasal decongestants like xylometazoline can be tried in case of blocked nostrils.
4.Antihistamines like levocetrezine can also provide symptomatic relief.
5.Do steam inhalation twice a day which may help to open up your blocked nostrils and Eustachian tubes.
If the symptoms persist despite all these, you may require a short course of antibiotics.
Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.

Regards.
Dr.Shinas Hussain
